Complaints about funeral services
Complaints against funeral directors for unsatis factory service can be made to Consumer Affairs Victoria (see ‘Contacts’, below).
In the case of overcharging, a claim can be made through the Civil Claims List of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal where the amount does not exceed $5000 (see ‘Contacts’, below).
